1. Verifiers are ordinary freelancers given some basic training to verify the legitimacy of a transaction leveraging their proximity to the suspected party, hereinafter referred to as Suspect.
2. Verifiers are not trained or certified to become private investigators or any form of security personnel.
3. Activities of verifiers are not private, covert or undercover like that of private investigators as Clients are expected to pre-inform Suspects of a forthcoming investigation by a contracted verifier.
4. Verifiers are to adhere strictly to laid-down processes of verification and get approval by a line supervisor should the verifier want to devise a new strategy.
5. Verifiers should be aware of the risks involved in the verification process; insults, embarrassment, threat, injury etc. and take proactive steps not to overreact and jeopardize the verification process.
6. At the early stage of the project, verifiers should be willing to wait a long period before getting jobs. However, the wait time will reduce with time as brand awareness increases.
7. Verifiers should not have a preconceived opinion before verification is initiated as that will create the tendency to skip some vital verification steps.
8. Verifiers should not use any unethical or illegal means of obtaining information such as; shouting on phone, fighting, mounting surveillance on a suspect, arresting a suspect, etc.
9. Verifiers are to follow the given format for verification reporting which will be done in concise word documents with easy to comprehend sub-headings & bullet points.
10. Verifiers should ensure line Supervisors vet all verifications before final submission to the clients.
11. Verifiers are obligated to update VerifierHub of any new or revised law in their country that is of concern to the smooth operation of VerifierHub.
12. To avoid misunderstanding, verifiers should agree with the client on the scope and goal of the verification in very clear terms.
13. Verifiers are not to give any guarantee to the outcome of the verification as all verifications are executed in their best of ability and are therefore indemnified by a errors or omissions
14. Verification reports from verifiers are cautionary statements and not to be used as evidence for arrest or legal prosecution of suspects as Verifiers are prohibited from court or judicial appearances.
15. Verifiers are to maintain strict confidentiality in handling all information about the client, suspect and VerifierHub processes. Defaulters will be met with dire consequences.
16. Verifiers agree to periodic review of service costs and such reviews will be given a minimum of 7(seven) business days prior to the effectiveness.
17. VerifierHub reserves the right to suspend or outright terminate the appointment of a verifier with a minimum of 3 days notice if any term(s) of this agreement and addendum is violated.
18. As an incentive, VerifierHub will give quarterly dividends to selected verifiers that didn’t get an assigned job for the past quarter.
19. Verifiers that can further refer other candidates to become Verifiers from all states/provinces of their country will be handsomely rewarded, including an elevation to the post of a country verifier better called Super Verifier with bonus earnings from all verifications done in his country.
20. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona in the United States of America.
21. Verifiers accept that electronically signed Agreements carry the same weight and validity as a signed original document(s).
